How to Maintain a Minimal Level of Fitness with a Busy Lifestyle
Life can be chaotic. We need to be cognizant of that and realize that not everyone can just wake up early and go to the gym, bike for fours hours a day, train for marathons, be a bodybuilder, etc. We need to be realistic for all people and take into consideration what each individual person is going through. Being emphatic is crucial for situations like this. It's not all about "stop being a pussy" but actually taking each person as they are and handling their situation in an appropriate manner.
