What's good! Today I talk about whether or not you should eat in the morning. There are a lot of factors that go into it, but my 'yes' or 'no' is YES! How much? Different story. It is good to give your body some fuel to start your day so you are not running on adrenaline, cortisol and back up fuel. It's okay to eat in the morning! No need to be afraid.
