Should You Drink Plain Water?

Not only is water intake controversial, but what kind of water to drink is controversial! We see a lot of people nowadays saying you need to drink structured water with minerals and electrolytes added back into the water and that you shouldn't drink plain water. Whether that is true or not, I believe there are a lot of factors that go into it. How do you feel when drinking plain water? How much are you peeing? How active are you? What are you eating in general? Are you drinking juice? Are you eating fruit? Where are you getting your water intake from? See what I mean? 

I actually would love to try different kinds of waters and see how they feel! Would be a great experiment. What are your thoughts on water and drinking plain water?
