James Aspey Updates Us

Michael-Patrick Buckley & AJ Dybka Season 2 Episode 67

James Aspey, vegan activist, released a video discussing why he was off social media for some time. He did have some issues with his back, but one of the main reasons was because of body pain due to stress and tension from vegan advocacy. I believe there are better ways to advocate for the animals than getting into arguments with people online, debating with family & friends or even getting to the point of physically fighting people. I have so much respect for James and what he has done/gone through. I just wish he didn't have to deal with this kind of pain for doing what he's doing. This is something that we can all learn from, though. Be a beacon of light. Let me know your thoughts below.
