What I Am Currently Eating

Whats good? Today I have a laxed talk about what I am currently eating... you could say "my current diet." This entails juices, fruit, veggies, greens, nuts, seeds, tofu, beans, rice, potatoes, plant-based burgers, etc. I did forget to talk about smoothies and daterade! I do like having both of these as morning foods. I still love doing just bananas & dates sometimes too! Can't go wrong with that especially when the bananas are hitting. I am extremely comfortable, content and satisfied with where I am with my diet and health at the moment. No need to make any major changes. Let's keep balling!

Also, I have been here for five years.... not three lol.
